Any service agreement entered into is solely between the customer and the third-party contractor.

2. No Warranty or Guarantee

GTA Emergency HVAC makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Response times

  • Availability of technicians

  • Pricing or quotes

  • Workmanship

  • Service outcomes

  • Licensing or insurance status (though contractors may represent themselves as licensed)

All warranties, guarantees, or representations are the responsibility of the contractor performing the work.

3. Independent Contractors

All contractors referred through this website or phone number are independent businesses and are not employees, partners, or agents of GTA Emergency HVAC.

We do not supervise, control, or direct the work performed by any contractor.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law:

GTA Emergency HVAC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to:

  • Delays or failure to provide service

  • Pricing disputes

Customers are responsible for:

6. Compensation Disclosure

GTA Emergency HVAC may receive compensation from contractors for referrals, calls, booked jobs, or marketing services.

This compensation does not impact the price you pay for HVAC services unless disclosed directly by the contractor.

By calling or submitting a form through this website, you consent to:

8. Emergency Situations

GTA Emergency HVAC is not an emergency dispatch service.
